Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your mangoswin account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. mangoswin does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. mangoswin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. mangoswin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All bets placed on mangoswin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of these Terms. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the mangoswin system. A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference number.
